1. How do I place an order?
There are a variety of ways in which you can place an order -

PHONE: You can call us at 410-917-9643 or toll-free at 1-888-569-1647. Our representatives are available by phone from 9am – 7pm, Monday through Friday. Extended holiday hours will be announced as appropriate.

24-HOUR FAX: You may fax us at 1-888-569-1648. You may choose the fax payment option included on our online order form or you can print our online order form, fill it out and fax it to us. Please be sure to specify your desired shipping method and a complete card enclosure message.

ONLINE: Our web site is fast and user friendly. We offer many fine gifts on our on-line catalog. But, if you don't see exactly what you are looking for on-line please call us we'll be happy to create something special just for you.

2. What if I can’t find exactly what I want on your website?

3.  What if I need to change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you need to cancel/change your order before it ships please notify us immediately at 410-917-9643 or toll-free at 1-888-569-1647. We will do our best to accommodate the change or cancellation. If you ordered a very specific or personalized basket, we would have told you how much of the gift amount was non-refundable. We will do our best to either help you choose another appropriate gift or course of action. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations

4. In corporate client gifts, can you add my company’s logo or insert our products, brochures or literature in the gifts?
Your logo can be added to various boxes or containers as well as products. Additional charges will apply as appropriate and deposits might be required to cover set-up fees.

We will gladly include cards, labels, literature, or promotional items at no additional charge. Please call us at 410-917-9643 or toll-free at 1-888-569-1647 to discuss further options and lead times.

5. Can you add a personalized message in my gift?
All our gifts include an enclosure card with the message of your choice. Please be sure to include your name or the company name so the recipient will know who the gift is from.

6. Can you do custom orders?

7. What types of payment do you accept?
Made By Rebecca, Inc. is happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may also mail your payment to us in the form of a company check, money order or cashiers check. Once we receive your payment your gift will ship.

We also offer corporate accounts for businesses. A corporate account may be established after completing a credit application. We do request a credit card for the first order, however, and will keep the number on file. Invoices go out within three days after the order is placed. If payment is not received within 15 business days of the date of the invoice, the amount will be placed on the credit card. Any Bill PAST DUE BY 60 DAYS or more will incur a $25 late fee. Certain large orders might require deposits and that will be quoted, if necessary.

8. How long will the gourmet foods in my basket stay fresh?
The items packaged inside are best if consumed within 6 months of receipt.
