We do our best to keep our shipping rates reasonable for our clients. However from time-to-time we do have to make changes in our rates to reflect the higher rates that we pay to the companies with whom we choose to ship with. As you look at our shipping and delivery charges please keep in mind our beautiful gifts can sometimes be quite large. Our shipping prices reflect the weight, dimensions and fragile nature of our beautiful gifts. Unless you specify a particular date that you want the gift to arrive, most of our gifts will ship within 24-48 hours of your order. Special or personalized orders might take longer and you will be given an estimate at the time of your order. ALL Fresh Flowers orders, if placed by 12pm (Monday – Thursday) will ship the same day, otherwise they will ship the next business day. We strive for quality and freshness of our specialty gifts, so we do not wish our gifts to be in holding warehouses while in transit on non-business days. We prefer our gifts to remain in a temperature-controlled environment when not en-route to their destination. We do everything possible to ensure your gifts arrive to the recipients in perfect condition. We will only ship with the most reputable companies as the quality of our gifts when they arrive at their destination is of utmost importance to us. Our goal is for it to arrive looking just as it does in our pictures. There will be NO refunds or discounts for late deliveries unless you have a written guarantee from us or have specifically paid for a certain delivery rate. Regular Shipping Rates
Unless otherwise noted, these are the regular shipping
rates for our gifts. Gifts are shipped via regular
shipping unless you instruct us otherwise. Orders
should arrive within 1 (one) to 6 (six) business days
depending on destination. The number of delivery days is
based on the number of business days following the day
of shipment (not including Saturday, Sunday, or
holidays). This approximation may vary, and
weather-related delays are NOT subject to refunds
or adjustments.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:: Next Day - Add $22 to regular shipping rate, 2 Day - Add $14 to regular shipping rate, For any express shipping needs, please CALL us to place your order so we can ensure that your order is given priority processing. SATURDAY DELIVERY: There might be extra charges if requesting Saturday delivery. We will inform you of these charges when you place your order. SHIPPING TO ALASKA & HAWAII: Please add $35 to the regular shipping rate. Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii might require an additional three days. If you are delivering to these states, we will let you know when you place your order the shipping cost estimate and time it will take to get there. DELIVERY ADDRESS: Please be sure to provide us with complete and accurate delivery information including an accurate zip code. A phone number is recommended if possible to assist delivery services in promptly delivering your gift. If an address is incomplete or incorrect a $25.00 reroute fee will be charged. TRACKING: We will provide you with a tracking number once your gift is shipped. We will email or call you with it, as you requested when you placed the order. PERISHABLE ITEMS: We will advise you in regards to any perishable items that you wish to include in your gift. During the summer months, we must include ice packs in all our chocolate and perishable gifts and this might result in an extra charge. To ensure fresh delivery of fruit and bakery items we ship: Monday and Tuesday via 3-day or 2-day or next day, Wednesday 2-day or next day and Thursday overnight shipping. Although it is a bit more costly it is the only way to ensure your gifts arrive fresh. All floral orders are ONLY shipped by overnight shipping. P.O. BOXES / APO-FPO ADDRESSES: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO - FPO Boxes. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are happy to assist you in shipping internationally. Alcohol and perishable gifts can not be shipped to international destinations. We do require a 3rd party Fed Ex, UPS, or DHL account number to charge duties and tax charges. If you do not have a account number we will be happy to ship the gift to you and you may forward the gift on to it's destination by any method you choose.
